Fabien Coche is one of the few producers to bottle Meursault Rouge, making this cuvée both distinctive and scarce. The fruit comes from three parcels—Pré de Manche, Dresolles and Peutes Vignes—on the northern border with Pommard, where limestone-marl soils are perfectly suited to Pinot Noir.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2023 vintage shows the same purity and finesse that defines Coche’s whites, transposed into red Burgundy form. Gentle vinification with 25% whole bunch and the chapeau immergé method has created a wine of lifted raspberry perfume, supple tannins and fine detail.
