Bannockburn Chardonnay 2019 vintage has fresh citrus acids and stone fruit at its cored. The subtle winemaking inputs making this wine an ideal pairing for a wide range of matches. The vines for this fruit were planted on Olive Hill Tree in 1976 and on Winery Block in 1981. A dry and moderate season became warmer after Christmas and ripening accelerated to a slightly early harvest at the end of February 2019. 

Straw-coloured but then fresh and pear-like on the palate. Interesting wine, quite distinctive, with flashes of quartz and sweet cedar matched to gun smoke and lemon curd.
