Barossa Cider Co. is a family owned and operated business crafting exceptional ciders from fruit off their own orchards in the heart of the Barossa Valley. Brothers Hugo & Oscar Bowen use traditional champagne yeasts to ferment their ciders retaining all the fruit intensity possible, while creating fine, consistent bubbles.
Their Squashed Apple Cider is a delicious expression of the style with classic green apple flavours and an almost creamy texture on the finish. Plenty of character and interest in this slightly off-dry style.
