Made with a deft touch, Love over Gold is a magical wine. Its core of fruit touches the palate, displaying great persistence. The tertiary aromas and minerality generate complexity and drive an extremely long finish. 

Love Over Gold's debut release is the 2014 Shiraz, sourced from old vines, hand destemmed (except for the 10% whole clusters) and aged in a single two-year-old puncheon. Yes, quantities are that small (50 cases), so if this wine sounds like your jam, get after it. It's restrained on the nose, with hints of pencil shavings and dried thyme framing raspberry and boysenberry fruit, then seems to expand on the medium-bodied palate, where it offers ample intensity without excess weight.
