The BenRiach's fruit-laden style is perfectly captured in this 10 year old expression. At the distillery they are known for doing this a little differently. Their philosophy is to embrace the creative possibilites of distilling and maturation, all in the pursuit of flavour. This 10 year old single malt has been matured in three casks, bourbon, Oloroso sherry and virgin oak. The whisky is then expertly combined by their Master Blender, creating a smooth Speyside drop, full of fruit, toasted oak spice, and luscious sweetness.
A Speyside single malt Scotch whisky as intriguing and extraordinary as Benriach could not have come to be without a unique whisky making heritage, dating from 1898, when founder John Duff built his distillery.
