Product Description:
Booker's True Barrel Bourbon Batch 2025-01E is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon from the Booker's range by Jim Beam, bottled uncut and unfiltered at a formidable 63.15% ABV. Crafted in the tradition established by Booker Noe, this limited release delivers the bold, full-flavoured style that has made Booker's a benchmark for barrel-strength bourbon, offering rich oak influence balanced by layers of vanilla, caramel and warming spice.

Drawn straight from the barrel without chill filtration, Batch 2025-01E showcases the intensity and texture that define the Booker's house style. The high proof carries concentrated flavours of brown sugar, toasted nuts and seasoned oak, while the full-bodied palate remains balanced by sweet vanilla and butterscotch notes before a lingering, warming finish. Each batch reflects the natural variation of the barrels selected, making every release a distinctive expression of Kentucky bourbon craftsmanship.

Powerful yet remarkably expressive, Booker's True Barrel Bourbon is best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to reveal additional layers of sweetness and spice. It is an excellent choice for seasoned bourbon enthusiasts and pairs naturally with slow-smoked barbecue, grilled ribeye or rich pecan pie.
