Freshness, fruit purity and classic Veneto character define the Ca’ Erto Soave 2025, an approachable dry white produced from vineyards in the Soave region of northeastern Italy. The wine is made from a traditional blend of 90% Garganega and 10% Trebbiano di Soave, two varieties closely associated with the appellation. Garganega forms the foundation of the blend, contributing its golden colour, creamy orchard-fruit character and natural mineral expression. Trebbiano di Soave provides additional energy and freshness, helping to create a bright, lively profile. The fruit is sourced from the Classico area of Soave, where the Magnabosco family has cultivated vineyards across three generations. Ca’ Erto combines carefully considered viticulture with restrained winemaking intended to preserve varietal typicity, freshness and purity of fruit. 

In the glass, the 2025 Soave displays a straw-yellow colour illuminated by attractive golden highlights. Its bouquet is intensely fruity, revealing creamy yellow fruit alongside subtle vanilla, dried-fruit and mineral nuances. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with rounded fruit balanced by a lively, energetic line contributed by the Trebbiano component. Apple-like flavours become more prominent toward the finish, creating a crunchy and invigorating conclusion. Although immediately enjoyable as an aperitif, its balance and freshness also make it a versatile partner for seafood, grilled fish, vegetable dishes, risotto and soft cheeses. The wine is presented in a 750ml bottle under screwcap, supporting its youthful freshness and easy-drinking character.
