Ca' Montini Pinot Grigio Terre Di Valfredda 2025 is produced from Pinot Grigio grown in the Terre di Valfredda vineyard near Ala in Trentino, northern Italy. Meaning “Cold Valley,” Valfredda is protected by surrounding mountains and experiences warm days followed by markedly cooler nights, conditions that encourage slow, balanced ripening. The vineyard’s east-west exposure and traditional Pergola Trentina training system further help protect the fruit while promoting freshness and aromatic development. Ca' Montini was conceived as a premium expression of Trentino Pinot Grigio, with the winemaking project developed under the direction of acclaimed Italian winemaker Riccardo Cotarella and his technical team. The 2025 release continues that focus on freshness, fruit purity and the mineral character associated with its cool-climate site.

The wine is vinified with particular attention to preserving the natural freshness and aromatic clarity of Pinot Grigio. In the glass, it shows a delicate straw-yellow colour and an expressive bouquet led by ripe white peach and pear, complemented by fresh fruit and subtle mineral nuances. The palate is fresh and well balanced, with lively acidity providing definition to the ripe fruit profile. A savoury mineral quality becomes increasingly apparent toward the finish, reinforcing the wine's cool-climate character.
