About this bottle
Calyx Wines are produced and labels letterpress printed by Yuri Zinenko. Production takes place in a small shed in Keilor, Melbourne, surrounded by an acre of vines. All production is completed by hand, on site, with help from family and friends.
Calyx Lees Storm Chardonnay 2020 vintage is pressed to oak with full solids. The lees are stirred through malo. Then left to age for eight months in 3rd fill barrels. Nutty lees, texture and subdued stone fruit. No finings, filtration, and minimal sulfites added.
