Fresh and vibrant, the 2021 vintage of the Cape Mentelle Rosé showcase a dry rosé style. The team at Cape Mentelle are able to play with varietals not planted on their estate but from vineyards in different areas of the local regions, making it one of their favourite wines to produce. The have fun creating it for you to have fun and enjoy drinking it with friends. 

This wine is a brilliant light salmon pink colour. Aromas of red summer fruits with watermelon, strawberry, and rose petal overlay with notes of cucumber, red apple skin, and honeysuckle. Pink and red fruits. of watermelon, raspberry, and wild strawberries burst through the palate. Medium weight with a juicy but creamy balance. Notes of minerality and salinity highlight the maritime influence from the nearby ocean.
