Chalmers Vermentino 2021

Proponents of the 'minimal intervention before it was cool' method of winemaking, the Chalmers family use only wild ferments, no acid additions and don't filter or fine their wines unless absolutely necessary. As the first winery in Australia to release a wine made from the variety, Chalmers have been working with Vermentino since 2004. The 2021 version of this wine is a particular standout; a crisp and fresh dry white wine with delicious white flowers, stone fruit, saline grip and a wonderful textural finish.
