This special terroir Chandon comes from one of Victoria's greatest sparkling vineyard locations, Whitlands Plateau. They boast spectacular vineyard resources at high altitudes, with the elegance and finesse of pure Chardonnay cuvées. 

This sparkling wine is pale straw in colour with a very fine bead and persistent mousse. The nose has aromas of citrus zest, grapefruit, and green apple with subtle hints of freshly bakes biscuits and white flowers. The palate is of citrus freshness and vibrant green apples, with a creamy texture and fine acidity drawing the long palate. Light notes of lemon curd and toast on the finish indicate the bright future for those who can cellar this wine.
