This 2024 release draws fruit from the north-east slopes of the vineyard, located between Hobart and the Coal Valley in a corridor known for its cool nights, long ripening seasons, and low rainfall—conditions that let Pinot Noir shine.

Hand-picked and wild-fermented with a touch of whole bunch for lift and structure, this Pinot sees time in both new and seasoned French oak. The result is a wine that delivers dark cherry, spice and violet florals with a supple, textural palate. It’s medium-bodied with freshness to burn and a savoury, age-worthy finish.
