Collector Wines have been on the rise for quite some time and we have long been fans of their wines. Situated in the cute village of Collector, in the Southern Tablelands, these guys specialise in elegant, approachable and utterly delicious expressions of cool climate Riesling, Chardonnay & Shiraz.
The wine’s lively crimson colour is accompanied by a fragrant bouquet of dark cherry, blackberry, pepper and aniseed, with a savoury, textured mouthfeel. Although weighted for early drinking, the 2021 Marked Tree Red has a sturdy spine and will age gracefully.
