Domaine Saint-Damien’s Gigondas Vieilles Vignes 2023 is a powerful expression of southern Rhône terroir. Sourced from Grenache vines planted in 1964 and Mourvèdre from 1977, this cuvée is a product of history, organic farming, and family commitment. The Saurel family has been working these lands for generations, and under Romain Saurel—with guidance from the late Philippe Cambie—the domaine continues to set the pace for the region.

Fermented in concrete and raised in large, seasoned foudres, this wine captures Gigondas with precision and restraint. No fining or filtration ensures the final wine is both texturally expressive and true to site. It’s a style that’s ready to drink young, but built to age—a classic in every sense.
