The 2023 Domaine Séguinot‑Bordet Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons is drawn from old vines on the right bank of the Serein River, where south and south-east exposures deliver both ripeness and minerality. Now under the care of Jean‑François Bordet, this historic family estate dates back to the 16th century and remains focused on pure, site-driven Chardonnay.

Cool fermentation and a short period on lees have preserved the natural tension of the 2023 vintage. The result is a wine of poise and energy, where white citrus, crushed stone and saline lift meet a silken texture.
