Domaine Simha Nature Sauvignon Blanc 2019 vintage is fresh with soft texture. It boasts gooseberry, lemon, passionfruit, and fresh basil notes. This wine comes from the cool climate Derwent Valley in Tasmania with all fruit sourced from a single vineyard. Hand picked on a flower day after the harvest moon, followed by whole bunch wild ferment. After a maturation of 12 months this sauvignon blanc is bottled unfiltered and unfined. 

Domaine Simha was founded at the edge of the world by Nav Singh and Louise Radman. An avant-garde approach shapes living wine relying on ancient knowledge and intuition. Crafted by hand in micro batches, just 2-3 barrels of each Domaine Simha wine are made. At heart lies Tasmania’s pristine natural environment, sparkling air and ancient soil.
