Ingredients:
45ml Tequila Don Julio Reposado
15ml Beet & Orange Juice Blend
7.5ml Grapefruit Juice
15ml Lime Juice
15ml (Rosemary Infused) Simple Syrup
30ml Sparkling Water dashes Salt Water

Preparation:
Add all ingredients (except sparkling water) in a shaker with ice.
Shake gently and strain over ice into a collins glass.
Top with sparkling water, stir gently to combine.
Garnish with rosemary sprig and dehydrated orange wheel.

At the front of the mouth, it’s a medley of agave-grass-vegetal notes and stewed tropical-fruit overtones, with a hint of sweetness and spicy oak highlight.
