Dr. Edge East Chardonnay 2019 vintage is from the East Coast of Tasmania. The fruit was whole bunch pressed into old oak casks for a natural fermentation process. There it was for 9 months untouched. This wine displays green apples, ripe peaches, and light sea spray notes. Almost chalky texture but very powerful.

Similar to the Pinot Noir musings but with the white classic.
