The Pinot Gris grape is a pink coloured variety typically made into a white wine. Eden Road allows a small, 20%, of skin contact to encourage some colour to come through. More importantly though, some texture from phenolics of the grape. The Eden Road The Long Road Pinot Gris 2022 vintage has distinctive honeysuckle aromas, Pronounced flavours of apricot dominate the palate. The richness of the palate is balanced by a natural acidity mineral notes on the finish, producing a refreshing and moreish wine.
