Just like they used to make 'em. The Fat Bastard Chardonnay has an opulent, rich palate of grilled pineapple, spiced butterscotch and loaded with peach and apricot. Filled with macadamia and almond meal notes, bright acidity bringing liveliness and freshness. Full bodied goodness.
Pair this wine with gnocchi and sage burnt butter. Whilst most might think the butter on butter mix could clash, we say don’t estimate this Fat Bastard.
