The 2025 Grosset Springvale Riesling comes from the organically and biodynamically farmed Springvale Vineyard in the Watervale subregion, where red loam soils over limestone and underlying slate yield a wine of lifted fragrance, sharp precision and layered depth. It is a counterpart to Polish Hill in both texture and tone, finer in weight yet equally assured in structure.

The Springvale site sits at 460 metres above sea level on a gently undulating slope, where cool nights and long, dry days extend the ripening window. The resulting fruit is concentrated yet crystalline, with natural acidity preserved. Handpicked grapes are pressed as whole bunches and fermented at low temperature with minimal intervention.
