Ethereal pink in the glass, the Howard Park Miamup Rosé 2021 vintage is the perfect summertime picnic wine, made for enjoying in the sunshine. Notes of lime zest, toffee apple, peach skin and Rainier cherry mirror the fresh flavours on the palate. Subtle at first, the fruit weight appears midpalate bringing with it flavours of rhubarb, watermelon, and pink lemonade. The finish is dry with a lasting mouth-watering acidity accompanied by wisps of strawberry and citrus. During a short oak maturation, partial malolactic occurs providing a soft mineral texture and adding complexity. A modern, stylish, dry and delicate rosé.
