Classic Amarone on display, cépages a 75/20/5 blend of Corvina, Rondinella & Molinara. On the nose the scent is of black cherry and plum jam combined with spicy tones of black pepper and tobacco. In the mouth the taste is velvety and full-bodied, balanced by a pleasant softness and a delicate tannin. Full-bodied, tannic, fig notes, blackberry notes, dark cherry notes, chocolaty, light leather notes and oak on the finish. An Italian monster so well done. 

During the harvest the grapes are carefully picked and selected by specialized personnel and placed in boxes; the bunches are then left to dry in our fruit cellars, allowing the concentration of sugars, flavors and intrinsic aromas of the grapes. At the end of the drying process, the grapes are destemmed and pressed. A slow and long fermentation follows. The wine thus obtained is left to mature in the rooms dedicated to refinement.

Sour black cherry and plum jam with some spices notes of pepper and tobacco. Smooth and full bodied, well balanced with pleasant softness and very fine tannins.
