Aged for 4 years, the Iron House Distilleries Tasman Whisky Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky was matured sherry barrels from the French wine region. A subtle and delicate whisky with hints of fried fruit spice, sweetened candied nectar, and an undertone of butter across the nose. A smooth palate with sweetened white wines, pink candy, raisins and citrus warmth with an light touch of oak.
Iron House Distillery is located at the edge of the Tasman Sea, where the old droving Hut Iron House once stood watchful.
