Isle of Jura 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is matured in bourbon casks and aged in oloroso sherry. The resulting whisky has a honeyed sweetness with hints of banana, warm spice, soft citrus and a finish with dark chocolate and freshly ground coffee.
