Brothers Mark and Peter Saturno oversee Longview's operations, along with a small but specialised team. Passionate about their heritage, the family has infused Longview with an Italian accent. Tipping their hat to the family’s matriarch, Tarquinia “Queenie” Saturno, they produce meticulous examples of traditional Northern Italian wines and focus their food around all regions of their spiritual homeland.
Longview Whippet is a classic Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc. Aromas of guava, mangosteen, leafy fresh cut grass, and passionfruit across the nose. A smart and racy palate with refreshing flavours of green bean and nettle characters with an incredible mouth-watering acidity.
