About this bottle
The 2020 Chardonnay shows a slight shift in style as the winery now sources fruit from a second part of the Tibooburra vineyard facing North West. This sunnier slope has double the vine density and a higher proportion of red volcanic soil, adding a touch more muscle to the Eastern facing slope which we continue to source. Both blocks blended together add a few more layers of interest to the wine and a slightly richer mouthfeel while still retaining the coolness and elegance inherent in the Tibooburra Vineyard.
