Sourced from IGP Méditerranée, just beyond the Côtes de Provence heartland, this blend leads with wild strawberry and citrus over fine floral lift. Two months on lees add quiet depth without weight. It is light, bone-dry and mineral-tinged. Serve chilled with grilled seafood, shellfish, or on warm evenings with no need for formality.
