Mojo In Full Colour Shiraz 2021 punches way above its weight in the quality division. This is no old school Barossa Shiraz. Bright and fresh on the nose, jubey raspberry fruits with lashings of smokey anise spice. The palate is darker – rich red fruits with peppery cloves and has a mix of vanilla and savoury coffee like tannins. Lively, raspberry, spicy.
