The Roman scholar Marcus Porcius Cato is credited with the world's first documented viticultural and winemaking theories (160BC). These principles are regarded highly at Moppity. In Cato, old-world meets new-world.

It is savoury and complex on the nose showing sweet cherry, game, leather and dried herb characters with a touch of cake spice.
