The Pegasus Bay Bel Canto Riesling 2020 is lemon-straw in colour. Aromas of citrus and stone fruit across the nose with floral notes of honeysuckle and elderflower. Layered beneath comes hints of honey, ginger, and spice. A rich and full bodied wine with ripe phenolics that add structure and length. It is concentrated yet delicate, with invigorating acidity and a satisfyingly dry finish.
