Pepe Pinot Noir 2025 is a one-off release from Tasmanian winemakers Justin Bubb and Anna Pooley, made from younger-vine Pinot Noir grown in the Coal River Valley. Bright red cherry and raspberry lead the wine, with a soft, silky texture and lively acidity giving it freshness and balance. The style is deliberately approachable, offering the lifted fruit, gentle structure and refreshing finish that make Tasmanian Pinot Noir so appealing in its more immediate expression.

Light on its feet but with enough savoury depth to add interest, Pepe is designed for drinking rather than extended cellaring. It works particularly well served slightly chilled, whether alongside roast chicken, charcuterie, grilled salmon or mushroom dishes, and its fresh red-fruited character makes it an easy choice by the glass.
