Pepper Tree Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

The Pepper Tree Cabernet Sauvignon has ripe aromas of cassis and blackberry integrated well with spicy French oak. A full flavoured Cabernet displaying sweet ripe fruit balanced by fine tannins, providing great structure and length.

There's value to be had here. It's soft, well shaped and well fruited with blackcurrant and gum leaf flavours flowing attractively through the palate. There's just enough tannin without it getting in the way. Many boxes ticked. - Halliday Wine Companion
