Maison Perrier-Jouët was born in 1811, one year after the marriage of Pierre-Nicolas Perrier and Rose-Adélaide Jouët, two passionate and entrepreneurial champagne lovers with a thirst for success. With a definitive eye for detail they began cultivating vines and quickly realised the potential for Chardonnay in the Côte des Blancs. The destiny of Maison Perrier-Jouët has always been shaped by audacious choices, starting with the founders’ decision to make the Chardonnay grape the signature of the House, pioneering the intricate, floral style for which its famous champagne is recognised throughout the world.

True to the free spirit of Maison Perrier-Jouët, Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Rosé is a resolutely original champagne which combines rarity with the ability to surprise. First created in 1978, it is crafted only in exceptional years and produced in extremely limited quantities.

A shimmering, pastel-toned, salmon-pink with luminous orange highlights in the glass. Aromas of strawberry and peony with the tartness of kumquat and white currant. The palate blends pink grapefruit and mandarin combined with the generosity of brioche.

Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Rosé is a fascinating cuvée – subtle and delicate, yet also warm and embracing, as if it were wrapping you in silk. - Severine Frerson, Maison Perrier-Jouët Cellar Master
