The 2023 vintage balances ripeness with definition. Whole-cluster inclusion and gentle extraction bring perfume and lift, while élevage in restrained oak preserves fruit purity. The result is a red Burgundy of refinement, with fine tannins and the capacity to evolve gracefully in bottle.
