Pillitteri Estates Winery is proud to produced one of nature's most exquisite gifts, Icewine. Harvest of Icewine grapes occurs when temperatures have reached at least -8°C or colder! When pressed, these hand picked, naturally frozen grapes produce a juice with intense concentration of sugars, acids, flavours, and aromas. Pillitteri Estates takes great pride in producing Icewine within strict VQA standards, resulting in Icewine of the highest quality. To be a VQA wine, the wine is made from 100% Ontario-grown grapes, which have been approved through a strict quality-assurance program. VQA stands for Vintners Quality Alliance.

The 2014 Vidal Reserve Icewine is a golden straw colour with lush and full flavours of peach, apricot, and lychees. It pairs perfect with any dessert or on its own as an aperitif.
