The Pinot Noir component includes still red wine from selected parcels in Bouzy and Ambonnay, lending both colour and quiet power, while Chardonnay contributes lift and definition.

The 2019 vintage reflects a warm, even growing season, delivering fruit of clarity and ripeness without excess. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel to preserve varietal purity, followed by extended maturation on lees in Pol Roger’s deep chalk cellars beneath Épernay. These cellars, among the coolest and deepest in Champagne, slow the ageing process and refine the wine’s texture.
