Red Claw wines are hand crafted with fruit from Yabby Lake’s own Victorian vineyards – Yabby Lake Vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula and Heathcote Estate in Heathcote. The wines are made following the same principles that guide the single vineyard wines. With Red Claw the emphasis is on making wines that are bright, juicy and more expressive when young.

The 2023 season brough 'La Nina' weather conditions for the third year in a row. It was a cool and late ripening vintage with low yields and superby quality.

This Red Claw Pinot Gris has lovely freshness, lifted floral aromas and clean, fresh fruit flavours. Showing a hint of nashi pear, subtle spice and a long, finely textured palate. A bright, refreshing style of pinot gris - bone dry and the perfect partner for fresh seafood.
