Rivetti & Lauro Ui Riserva 2014 is100% Nebbiolo from the Valtellina Superiore Merizzi vineyard and Valgella Belandina vineyard, both of which are sand and clay soils and are DOCG classified. Hand picked and destemmed after partial appassimento (drying), fermentation in small stainless steel tanks, aging in barrels of 30 hl, casks and French oak barrels, followed by 24 months bottle aging

Ruby red color with amber hues. The intense aroma of raisins mixed with spices in oak. A colourful complexity on the nose.The wine is warm with clear notes of hazelnut, persistent tannins and balanced acidity.
