Crafted in Phnom Penh by Samai Distillery, this spirit is macerated with whole peppercorns after ageing for up to three years, then rested in stainless steel to allow its spice and sweetness to harmonise. Distilled from local sugarcane molasses using a hybrid pot and column system, this rum shows off Cambodian terroir in full voice.
