The Schild family have journeyed from early German pioneers to becoming one of the Barossa's oldest family owned grape growers and most successful wineries. After three generations the Schild hands still tend to the vines, working together to produce premium wines.

Schild Estate Merlot 2021 vintage has aromas of dark plum fruit ad chocolate fruits jumping from the glass, which flow through to the palate. Fine grained tannins provide structure and definition with soft edges, leading to a long and lingering finish.
