Product Description:
This biodynamic Tasmanian Pinot Noir balances bright fruit with the precision of cool-climate winemaking. The 2024 Stefano Lubiana Primavera Pinot Noir is crafted from the estate’s biodynamic vineyard in Granton, Derwent Valley, with a small portion from their Cradoc vineyard in the Huon Valley. Hand-picked, hand-sorted and wild-fermented, this small-batch red wine showcases lifted aromas of dark cherry, raspberry and brambly mulberry, followed by layers of spice.
Mostly de-stemmed and basket pressed after around three weeks, the wine retains its vibrant fruit while gaining depth from whole-bunch fermentation and the influence of wild yeasts. The result is a Pinot Noir with generous red berry intensity, firm tannin structure and impressive length — a signature of Tasmania’s most sought-after producers.
Approachable in youth yet structured for short-term cellaring, Primavera is an ideal companion to roast duck, mushroom dishes or simply shared over good conversation. Made in Tasmania’s first certified biodynamic vineyard and shipped from Sydney, with fast Metro delivery and Australia-wide shipping.
