That Boutique-y Whisky Company Caol Ila 11 Year Old Batch 12 Single Malt Scotch Whisky 500ml
About this bottle
A delicious smokey and salty single malt from Islay's Caol Ila distillery. Smokey and salty on the nose almost reminiscent of smoked salmon. Jammy vanilla fruit flavours with roasted chestnuts and burnt thyme with a little brown sugar sweetness.
That Boutique-y Whisky Company was founded to bring forgotten drams from some of the world's best distilleries to the whisky-craving masses. Their limited edition labels are hand illustrated and designed with a nod towards whimsicality, often incorporating whisky industry 'in jokes'.
