The nose has vibrant notes hinting of dried flowers, blueberry pie, white chocolate, white pepper, and vanilla. This shiraz is a classic McLaren Vale wine with blue fruit accents on the palate with plum and blueberry reductions. It is vibrate and high tones yet broad. The palate tightens through the finish showing notes of white pepper and exotic spice. It runs very long creating a lovely mouth-watering acidity.
