Produced in Oaxaca, Mexico, this añejo is made from 100% Espadín agave, harvested at full maturity to capture depth, sweetness and structure. The agave piñas are slow-roasted in earthen pits, developing the signature smoky character that forms the backbone of the spirit. Natural fermentation and careful small-batch distillation preserve the integrity of the agave while allowing nuanced flavours to emerge.

The spirit is then aged for over a year in a combination of American and French oak barrels, where it gains richness, roundness and aromatic complexity.
